A leading fire protection company located in New York seeks a Fire Sprinkler Technician responsible for laying out, fabricating, assembling, and installing fire sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate will have strong installation skills, a valid Fire Sprinkler License, and the ability to mentor apprentices. Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience installing pipe systems and valves required; 5+ years preferred.
• Must be able to work alone and as part of a team.
• Must effectively read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install pipe systems and valves.
• Cut, thread, assemble, and bond piping according to specifications.
• Mentor and coach Fire Sprinkler Fitter Apprentices.
