Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems in Salt Lake City seeks an Experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician to install and service fire sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate reads fire system drawings, understands wet, dry, and pre-action systems, and works well with a team.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of wet, dry, and pre-action systems as well as backflow and fire pumps.
• Proficient in NFPA 13, 20 and 24 code requirements.
• Ability to read fire system design drawings.
• Ability to manage your job and helper no matter the size of the job.
• Ability to use trade appropriate tools to perform daily pipe fitting duties efficiently and safety.
• Ability to train others to use trade appropriate tools efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fire sprinkler systems in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas.
• Read and interpret fire system drawings for proper installation.
• Coordinate with helpers to complete jobs of varying size.
• Train team members on safe tool usage and best practices.

We are looking for an Experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician to perform Installation and Service work in our Salt Lake City Location.
