RapidFire Safety & Security is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Fitter to assemble, install, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential settings. The role requires operating hand and power tools, adhering to NFPA standards and local codes, and traveling to customer sites within the assigned region.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in fire protection, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fire protection industry.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Installing, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, and fire pumps as per NFPA standards and local codes.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing existing fire protection systems to identify and repair malfunctions.
• Collaborating with fellow technicians and management to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Traveling to various customer locations within the assigned region.
