Qualifications

• 3–5 years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry performing service and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and ascertain equipment/system problems.
• Work independently and follow troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely customer response.

Skills

3–5 years experience in Fire Sprinkler industry

Customer service skills

Ability to perform service work on water-based fire protection systems
