Position Summary
Conduct repairs on multiple life safety systems, including Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, Clean Agent, and Fire Pumps.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair fire protection systems following inspections and emergency calls.
- Disable and enable fire alarm panels for system maintenance.
- Select appropriate pipe sizes, types, and related materials such as supports and hangers for layout and installation.
- Ensure availability of materials based on knowledge of fire protection system repair.
- Perform cutting, fitting, and pipe connections using threaded, soldered, brazed, or grooved joints with hand tools.
- Inspect and test installed systems following NFPA testing guidelines and using approved equipment.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports, including daily logs of time, progress, parts, materials, and labor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Knowledge and skills pertinent to the position.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and layout tools safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Ability to meet physical requirements.
- Own all necessary tools.
- Capability to climb and work at heights, including confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Adherence to safety and project rules; perform other duties as assigned.
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
