Job summary

ACS Inspection Services LLC in Peoria, AZ is seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Maintenance, Inspection, Testing & Repair Technician to join our team. You will perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems to NFPA 25 standards and document results using our tablet software.

The ideal candidate has experience with various sprinkler systems, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire sprinkler inspection, testing, maintenance, and/or repair.
• Ability to work with wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25 standards.
• Diagnose and repair deficiencies found in various sprinkler systems.
• Complete detailed inspection reports and maintain service documentation via tablet/inspection software.
• Conduct flow tests, trip tests, and functional testing of fire suppression components.
• Coordinate with administration, property managers, and tenants to complete inspections.
• Document, survey deficiencies to support administration in bidding repair work.
• Ensure all work meets local fire codes, NFPA standards, and safety protocols.

ACS Inspection Services LLC is looking for a skilled Fire Sprinkler Maintenance, Inspection, Testing & Repair Technician to join our team in Peoria, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25 standards
• Diagnose and repair deficiencies found in wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems
• Complete detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate service documentation via provided tablet / inspection software
• Conduct flow tests, trip tests, and functional testing of fire suppression components
• Coordinate with administration, property managers, and tenants to complete inspections
• Document, survey deficiencies to support administration to bid repair needs correcting deficiencies from inspections
• Ensure all work meets local fire codes, NFPA standards, and company safety protocols

Requirements:

• Experience in fire sprinkler inspection, testing, maintenance, and/or repair, tenant improvements and installation
• Working knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 25, and applicable local fire codes
• NICET certification (Fire Protection) preferred or willingness to obtain
• Phoenix Fire sprinkler (CSA2) required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently, manage details, and adjust to unexpected deadlines
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction, report writing, interaction with administration
• Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
