Qualifications

• NICET Level III in Water-Based Systems is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fire sprinkler installation and service is essential.
• Texas RME-G license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency with system design software and inspection tools is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and operations of the fire sprinkler division.
• Supervise and perform system installations, maintenance, testing, and repairs.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare layouts and material takeoffs.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and field staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inspections and service work.
