Job summary

S.A. Comunale Co. designs fire protection, mechanical, and HVAC systems for industrial, commercial and residential projects across Ohio and neighboring states.

You will design Fire Protection Systems, perform layout using AutoCad/HydraCad, and prepare hydraulic calculations and pipe lists for pre-fabrication. We seek an organized, proactive designer who can collaborate with the design team, conduct field surveys, and coordinate between trades to ensure accurate, timely delivery of drawings and

• Associate or technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• NICET certification preferred.
• Experience in the Fire Protection Design Field is required.
• Ability to multi-task to the extreme.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.
• Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.

Education / Work Experience

Associate or Technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience. Examples include: Architectural, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management Degrees.

• Experience in the Fire Protection Design Field is required.
• AutoCad experience and/or HydraCad experience is required.
• Ability to multi-task to the extreme.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.

Computer Skills

• Computer Skills: Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
