Job summary

Western States Fire Protection Co. is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Inspector to test and inspect life-safety systems. The role emphasizes customer service, thorough documentation, and clear written and verbal communication with project teams.

Inspectors will report findings and coordinate with managers to ensure proper closeout and billing. Starting pay is $18/hour for Entry Level and $25/hour for Experienced Inspectors, with a benefits package and opportunities for growth within a family of safety

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of life safety and NFPA codes is preferred.
• NICET Level II or III preferred.
• Able to complete documentation clearly in English.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to pass post-offer drug screen, reference and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate with minimal supervision while performing fire protection inspections.
• Perform routine inspections, testing and services of life safety product lines.
• Communicate with Project Manager/Schedule Coordinator on inspection status and delays.
• Ensure complete closeout and turnover of jobs to the client for billing.
