Job summary

Wiginton Fire Systems in Charlotte, NC is seeking NICET/State-certified Fire Sprinkler Inspectors to join our field team. You will inspect and repair sprinkler systems, perform NFPA inspections, and ensure customers receive courteous service backed by your expertise.

Responsibilities include completing inspections on schedule, coordinating with the Inspection Coordinator, maintaining equipment, and building positive client relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• NC State inspector license / NICET Level 2 certification required.
• Approximately 3–5 years sprinkler experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Backflow license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and repairing sprinkler systems and addressing deficiencies.
• Perform NFPA-based inspections of fire protection systems.
• Provide courteous service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete inspections promptly and coordinate with Inspection Coordinator.
• Maintain customer relationships and keep equipment in good order.

Wiginton Fire Systems is seeking NICET/State-certified Fire Sprinkler Inspectors in Charlotte.

Position Summary

• Inspecting and repairing sprinkler systems, and handling sprinkler system deficiencies.
• Perform inspections of fire protection systems per the NFPA.
• Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality courteous service, and by applying experience, knowledge, and training.
• Thoroughly complete inspections promptly as scheduled and interface with the Inspection Coordinator to ensure that the customer receives the work per the proposed scope.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and review inspection results with customers.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• NC State inspectors license / NICET 2 certifications
• Roughly 3-5 years of sprinkler experience.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Ambition to grow their company and career.
• Backflow license (Preferred)
