Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC is hiring Helpers to work with experienced fire protection technicians in Raleigh, NC. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a clear path to skilled trade certifications in fire sprinkler, alarm and inspection fields.

You will assist in installing, testing, and servicing fire protection systems, learn to read blueprints, and gain trades skills while earning a weekly paycheck and benefits. Successful applicants undergo drug tests and background checks.

Qualifications

  • Basic mechanical and math skills required.
  • Must show initiative to learn trade skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and service fire sprinkler systems.
  • Cut and thread pipe and manage material.
  • Assist in the installation of valves, couplings, and other fittings.
  • Perform minor maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment.
  • Learn construction project skills, including reading blueprints.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Install, test, and service fire sprinkler systems
  • Cut and thread pipe and manage material
