Job summary

Twin City Sprinkler Co. is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Foreman in Winston-Salem, NC to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems on commercial and residential sites. The Foreman will supervise crews, ensure safety, and drive projects to completion on schedule.

Experience with sprinkler systems, blueprint reading, and a valid driver's license are required; NICET certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• Background checks and reference checks are part of the process.
• Basic computer skills and math abilities required.
• Ability to train and mentor others and work with a team.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lift at least 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods.
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations.
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings.
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems.
