Job summary

SuperHero Fire Protection LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Fitter to install, maintain and repair fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings. You will work with foremen and teammates, follow safety protocols, and operate required tools and equipment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sprinkler experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read blueprints. NICET and OSHA 10 are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems.
• Work with foreman and team to ensure safety compliance.
• Lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams.

Position Overview

Team members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems.

• This role requires working closely with the foreman and team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment.
• Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings.

We are seeking highly motivated, dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems

• Completion of an accredited industry training program (Preferred)
• OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications (Preferred but not required)
