This entry-level role offers hands-on training, progression toward NICET II certification, relocation support, and a clear path to a skilled trades career in fire protection for commercial and industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire protection industry preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights.
• Willingness to learn through hands-on apprenticeship and training.

Responsibilities

• Trains with Technician to complete layout, fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance of fixed fire protection systems.
• Completes services following manufacturer instructions, codes/standards, and company procedures.
• Learns to interpret blueprints/ drawings to install, repair, and maintain systems.
• Cuts, threads, and bends pipe using proper tools after hands-on training with a certified technician.
• Completes continuing education to maintain certifications and licenses.
• Adheres to company standards and procedures, including safety and alcohol policies.
