Job summary

Total Safety is seeking an IPSC Fire Service Supervisor in Texas City to lead two or more technicians in servicing fire extinguishers, life safety equipment, and fire protection systems. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-aware leadership.

You will plan schedules, monitor performance, and coordinate with sales, service, and HR to ensure timely, compliant work. Candidates should have field fire protection experience and relevant licenses and NICET II preferred.

Qualifications

• : Five or more years of field experience in fire protection, petrochemical, oil refinery or related industry; supervisory experience preferred.
• : Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; insurable for Total Safety vehicle insurance.
• : Willingness to travel to customers’ sites and offshore projects as needed.
• : Obtain TWIC and appropriate safety badges/certifications; NICET II desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily/weekly schedules and operating priorities for the assigned team.
• Monitors labor reports and ensures production and safety goals are met.
• Maintains inventory and prepares reports on parts, repairs, and equipment.
• Drives cost control, performance metrics, and QA/QC adherence.
• Leads hiring, performance reviews, and employee coaching.
• Oversees safety programs and ensures compliance with regulations.
