Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years of project management experience.
• Experience in the security industry or new construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems and installation workflows.
• Willingness to travel 25%+ as required by projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire and security project delivery from initiation through closeout.
• Define scope, identify risks, set priorities, and support local project office setup.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and management.
• Monitor progress, expenditures, and forecast trends; adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare and deliver project updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support issue resolution to ensure on-time, in-scope project closure.
