A family-owned technology firm is seeking experienced Fire Alarm/Intrusion/Burglar Installation Technicians to join their Philadelphia team. The role involves installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems across various locations. Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of NFPA standards, valid licenses, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. Competitive pay, extensive travel, and a signing bonus of up to $15,000 based on qualifications are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with fire alarm and intrusion systems installations.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards, especially 70 and 72.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fire alarm systems across sites.
• Run low-voltage cabling and conduct tests on systems.
• Collaborate on project design and maintain installation records.

Skills

Proven experience in field installation

In-depth knowledge of NFPA standards

Proficiency with smartphones and computers

Ability to work in cramped spaces

Valid driver's license

Education

Current state-required license for Security/Life Safety
