Fire & Safety Manager and Vice President of Operations

Job Description :

A Fire & Safety Team Member ensures the safety of guests, employees, the tracks and facility at all times .

Essential Functions

• Ensure the safety of the premises for guests and employees
• Inspect the track & premises for potential hazards before and during each shift
• Communicate with departments via radio/walkie talkie
• Maintain the conditions and requirement stated on Las Vegas Motorsports Park safety permit
• In the event of incipient fires, extinguish immediately
• Contain and evacuate for fires other than incipient fires
• Ensure employees are aware of the exact location of fire firefighting equipment in the immediate area
• Maintain constant means of communication with track management
• Drive fire & safety vehicle
• Maintains communication with local fire departments
• Maintains all OSHA required regulations, documents and certification
• Assists other departments with guest concerns
• All other duties as assigned
