A leading fire protection company in Seattle seeks a Shop Technician responsible for receiving, storing, and transporting fire extinguishers. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, forklift experience, and at least one year in the fire life safety industry. Qualifications

• 1 year Fire Life Safety Industry experience specifically within the Shop area, preferred.
• Forklift certification, license, or experience, required.
• Must comply with Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrostatic tests on fire extinguishers.
• Occasionally deliver fire extinguishers and cabinets to customers.
• Help keep shop and extinguisher holding areas clean.
