Job summary

RANDALL is seeking a top-tier Sales & Relationship Developer to attract opportunities and sell Alarm and Suppression projects in Orlando and Central Florida. This role concentrates on growing the customer base and expanding Randall Fire Services' presence across the Central Florida market.

Responsibilities include generating new business, building client relationships, and creating detailed service proposals while collaborating with project managers to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills with Excel and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication in professional settings.
  • Good English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Randall’s FireServices Division is currently seeking atop-tier Sales & Relationship Developer to attract opportunities andsell Alarm and Suppression projects in Orlando and throughout Central Florida. Position Summary

Our Fire Services Sales & RelationshipDeveloper is responsible for generating new business, expanding existing client relationships,and promoting Randall Fire Services’ presence in the overall Central Floridamarket and around Florida.

Experience Required
  • 5+years of real, hands-on field, estimating, and management experience inthe Alarm and Fire Suppression trades, and
  • 5+years of business development experience in the Alarm and Fire Suppressiontrades.
Essential Functions
  • Generate newbusiness. Focus on developing and executing strategies to attract newclients and sales with businesses, property owners, and contractors throughoutthe region.
  • Create detailedproposals for services like system installation, maintenance, andupgrades.
  • Build existingclient relationships. Establish and maintain ongoing connections withexisting, past, and new clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Work closelywith clients and project managers to understand the criteria required to meetproject requirements.
  • Drive growthand improve divisional processes.
  • Expand serviceofferings such as emergency lighting, exit doors, and testing.
  • Leveragetechnology to provide more efficient and integrated solutions.
  • Expand theclient base in the commercial fire protection industry throughout CentralFlorida.
  • Providetailored solutions to meet and exceed the fire safety requirements ofcustomers.
  • Assist in thenegotiation of contracts as required.
  • Utilizestrategic planning, technical skills, market analysis, and competitortracking to pursue new opportunities.
  • Identifypotential cost advantages and efficiencies.
  • Identitypotential cost overruns and potential issues.
  • Stay updated onindustry trends, materials costs, and competitor pricing.
  • High School /Higher Education diploma required.
  • Strongcomputer skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel) and Bluebeam.

PhysicalRequirements

This is primarily a hybrid office /road position and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, liftlight objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, andobjects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. You must also be able tobend, stretch, crouch, andliftas required by the job.
