This on-site leadership role prioritizes safety, compliance, and delivering complex multi-system protections across mission-critical facilities. Ideal candidates have NFPA/AHJ knowledge, NICET III certification, and are willing to travel up to 20% with the ability to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment against budgets to control costs.
• Negotiate and process change orders to protect project scope and margins.
• Conduct internal inspections and pre-commissioning testing to preserve 100% first-time pass rate with AHJs.
• Deliver as-built documentation, O&M packages, and system owner training at closeout.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex fire protection installation projects across mission-critical hyperscale data center campuses. How You Will Make An Impact

• Manage multi-system fire protection installations from pre-construction design through final commissioning.
• Direct daily field operations, subcontractors, and field crews to maintain full site safety and accountability.
• Coordinate project milestones with general contractors to align seamlessly with critical path schedules.
• Monitor all labor, material, and equipment expenses against baseline budgets to eliminate financial variances.
• Negotiate and process change orders transparently to protect project scope and financial margins.
• Conduct internal inspections and pre-commissioning testing to preserve a 100% first-time pass rate with local AHJs.
• Deliver complete as-built documentation, O&M packages, and system owner training at final closeout.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record managing multi-system fire protection projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Hands-on expertise and practical working knowledge of all applicable NFPA codes and AHJ standards.
• Willingness to maintain a daily on-site presence and travel up to 20% to regional project sites.
• Ability to work extended hours up to 80+ hours per week during critical project schedule windows.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of dedicated field experience in fire protection project management.
• NICET III in Sprinkler and/or Special Hazards
• Direct project management experience within hyperscale AI data center construction environments.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with industry software including Procore, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel.
