Job summary

A leading fire protection company in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Fire Protection Sprinkler Designer to work on layout designs using AutoCAD and HydraCAD. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience with hydraulic calculations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and mathematical aptitude, with attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of hydraulic calculations and ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and the layout of Fire Sprinkler systems.
• Read, analyze and interpret contract documents, including construction drawings.
• Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers.
