Qualifications

• 3 years of CAD design experience in related fields.
• Prior experience in Fire Suppression Contracting Design is required.
• Strong knowledge of REVIT and BIM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the initial setup of CAD backgrounds and file structures.
• Perform design verifications and basic hydraulic calculations.
• Revise and edit drawings based on reviews.

Skills

CAD design experience in Architectural, Construction or MEP

Fire Suppression Contracting Design

REVIT and BIM

NICET certification Level I or II

Education

High School or GED

2 years college or specialized training in Fire Protection or CAD
