Engage with clients, market HDR's FLS capabilities, and lead key projects with design or project management responsibilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with BES leadership, quality control, and cross-functional coordination, with travel and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and grow the FLS business class in Northern California.
• Supervise the Northern California FLS team including engineers and designers.
• Lead staffing, forecasting, and project proposals.
• Participate in business class strategic planning, budgeting, and plan implementation.
• Identify and collaborate with market sector leadership for FLS excellence.
• Engage with clients and community stakeholders and market HDR capabilities.
• Function as design lead or engineering project manager on key projects.
• Oversee operations of the FLS work group, including staff development and profitability.
