Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all emergencies IAW organizational policies and procedures.
  • Operate various emergency equipment required by the Scope of Practice.
  • Inspect all emergency equipment, apparatuses, and personal protective equipment IAW organizational
    policies, procedures, and manufacturers recommendations.
  • Conduct inspections IAW FM Global and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and associated fire protections systems IAW
    organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist with Public Fire Prevention and Education Programs to include but not limited to: Fire extinguisher
    training and fire drills.
  • Participate in required training programs to meet the above certification standards. This may include
    specialized training for equipment purchased to perform required duties.
  • Maintain all professional certifications.
Outcomes:
  • Ensures all reports, documents and records are completed IAW organizational policies andprocedures.
  • Properly plan, respond, mitigate and recover from multiple types of emergency situations as outlined by the
    Scope of Services.
  • Properly inspect, maintain, and operate all provided emergency equipment IAW organizational policies,
    procedures, and manufacturers recommendations.
  • Demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
