Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and annual inspections of portable fire extinguishers and document findings.
• Inspect exit/emergency lighting systems and document results.
• Dismantle extinguishers, inspect components, and recharge as needed.
• Replace worn parts and ensure proper extinguisher operation.
• Hydrotest/Hydrostatic requalification of cylinders.
• Replace batteries in exit lights.
• Install fire extinguisher cabinets and portable extinguishers.
• Evaluate sites for code-compliant extinguisher spacing.
• Conduct life safety testing and maintenance of equipment.
• Work independently with strong organization and efficiency.
• Operate using mobile technology platforms.
• Pass a drug screen and maintain a valid driving record.
