911 Emergency Communications in Grayson, GA is seeking Fire Dispatchers to coordinate responses to fires, rescues, and hazardous conditions. You will receive incident information, alert resources, and maintain communication with responding crews from a Grayson-based duty location.

Disptchers must be organized, comfortable with computer systems, and capable of accurate data entry while following established response plans and directions from authorized personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfort with computer systems, accurate data entry, maps, and radio communication.
• Fire dispatch certification or relevant coursework may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document reports of fires, rescues, alarms, and hazardous conditions
• Verify incident locations, access information, and reported risks
