Rainbow Restoration in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Fire & Contents Cleaning Technician to join our restoration team. You will handle fire, smoke, contents, and specialty cleaning for residential and commercial customers, using hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get dirty.
• Positive attitude with empathy and strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and extensive background screening.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and PPE use.
• Available for full-time work with overtime and on-call rotations.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly clean smoke residue from contents and structures.
• Pack, move, and protect contents carefully to avoid damage.
• Photograph, identify, and inventory contents accurately.
• Perform post-job site cleaning and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Respond to restoration, remediation, damage, and sanitary cleaning jobs according to IICRC standards and company processes.
• Establish and maintain schedules to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain timely communication with peers regarding job status, scope of work, and documentation.
• Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Utilize proper PPE and follow all company safety procedures.
• Cross-train in related restoration services and assist with additional duties as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to work with your hands and be part of a team-focused environment.
