Due to our recent growth, we are seeking customer focused, motivated, and responsible Fire & Contents Crew Chief. The Crew Chief performs production processes to fulfill the service needs of restoration projects for our various customers from fire damage. The Crew Chief provides our customers with quality, consistent, and efficient work, representing the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.
Job Description:
Respond to service calls as needed from both residential and commercial customers. Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines. Leads a team of Fire & Contents Technicians, communicates with project managers to make sure all customer needs are met. Supports project managers and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and content storage warehouse. Competes documentation as needed.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services
Communicate clear expectations to fire & content technicians and supervise activities
Communicate with project managers on project progress and issues
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure safety of all
Prepare rooms/areas for cleaning and content storage activities
Document an accurate job file in Drybook and Contents Tracker
Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Dedicated to world class customer service
Effective oral communication
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
IICRC certifications preferred
Must have clean driving record
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
