A leading restoration service provider in Vermont is looking for a motivated individual to join their full‑time team in Williston. As part of a strong, supportive team known for quality work, you will respond to fire, water, and mold damage jobs. Responsibilities include performing mitigation services, documenting progress, and participating in emergency response. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, the ability to handle physical tasks, and a valid driver’s license. Training is available for the right person.

Qualifications

• Ability to work hands-on and lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfort working in damaged structures and crawlspaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Respond to fire, water, and mold damage jobs.
• Perform mitigation services including water extraction and restoration prep.
• Document job progress using mobile software.
• Document job progress with photos, notes, moisture readings via mobile software.
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, project managers.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to fire, water, and mold damage jobs in residential and commercial settings
• Perform mitigation services, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, demolition, and restoration prep
• Operate industry equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, specialty tools etc...
• Document job progress using mobile software (photos, notes, moisture readings)
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and project managers
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency response

What We’re Looking For

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work hands‑on, lift 50+ lbs, and handle physical tasks
• Comfort working in damaged structures, including crawlspaces, basements, and affected areas
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
• Prior restoration, construction, or cleaning experience is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person
