Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong background in electronics or similar experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Able to lift equipment and tools up to 40 pounds required.
• Willing to obtain Ohio Fire Alarm license; NICET Level 1 in third year.

Responsibilities

• Train with Alarm Technicians on basic installations.
• Develop understanding of device operation and proper installation.
• Attend basic and advanced fire alarm classes.
• Complete training modules professionally and on time.
• Learn to install/service fire alarm, access control, and related systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management.
• Coordinate with team members and customers; participate in on-call rotation.
