Qualifications

• NICET Level II certification in Fire Alarm Systems (minimum) or equivalent credential is required.
• Experience in commercial fire alarm installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance.
• Must have clean criminal record and driving record; security credentials are crucial.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to the shop. Shop trucks provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, inspect, and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems in commercial/industrial facilities.
• Read and interpret technical drawings; perform system start-ups and diagnose equipment issues.
• Ensure work complies with codes, standards, and customer specifications; document work and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and customers; respond to service calls.
• Promote a safe work environment on every job site.
