Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in fire alarm installation and service.
NICET Level I certification in Fire Alarm Systems (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel within the state of SC.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts.
Responsibilities
Install, program, and test fire alarm systems.
Perform inspections and maintenance in accordance with NFPA 72.
Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
Coordinate with monitoring companies during testing.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and installations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide technical support to junior technicians.
Work after hours or on‑call for emergency service.
