Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fire alarm installation and service.
• NICET Level I certification in Fire Alarm Systems (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel within the state of SC.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and test fire alarm systems.
• Perform inspections and maintenance in accordance with NFPA 72.
• Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with monitoring companies during testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical support to junior technicians.
• Work after hours or on‑call for emergency service.
