Job summary

TrueHeritage Staffing is seeking a motivated Low Voltage Technician to join our growing team. Focus will be on installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and other low voltage systems as needed.

This hands-on role offers strong growth potential and training in fire alarm systems. Ideal candidates have 5-6 years of experience in low voltage systems installation or service, with strong fire alarm experience preferred.

Qualifications

5-6 years experience in low voltage systems installation or service preferred.
Fire alarm system experience strongly preferred.
Willingness to learn fire alarm systems (primary job function).
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and troubleshoot low voltage systems.
Assist with installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems (primary focus).
Learn fire alarm panel programming and system diagnostics.
Run and terminate low voltage wiring.
Install devices such as pull stations, strobes, smoke detectors, and control panels.
Perform inspections and system testing.
Follow all safety procedures and industry standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
