Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Louisiana seeks an experienced Lead Fire Alarm Technician focused on programming and commissioning of fire alarm systems, with strong growth potential into a Project Management role.

Candidates should have 3+ years, be comfortable programming Notifier, Potter, Simplex, EST or Edwards panels, and be ready to advance. The company offers training, health benefits, ESOP, and a take‑home vehicle with gas card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a fire alarm technician.
• Comfortable with programming and commissioning of systems.
• Experience with at least one of the specified panels (Notifier, Potter, Simplex, EST, Edwards).

• Lead technician for programming and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
• Collaborate with team to ensure successful project delivery and growth into PM role.

Position has the potential to quickly grow into a Project Management role if desired. We would love to speak with any Fire Alarm Technicians that have 3+ years of experience and are comfortable with programming systems. Must have have experience programming at least 1 of the following fire alarm panels: Notifier (Preferred), Potter, Simplex, EST, or Edwards.
