Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced Lead Fire Alarm Technician in Louisiana to program and commission fire alarm systems. The role offers strong growth potential, including a path to Project Management and paid NICET certifications within a growing, employee-owned company.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, are comfortable programming major panels, and value professional and financial growth opportunities, including ESOP benefits and a take-home vehicle with gas card.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in fire alarm systems.
• Able to program and commission fire alarm panels.
• Comfortable with programming at least one major panel (Notifier/Potter/Simplex/EST/Edwards).

Mansioni

• Lead installation and programming of fire alarm systems.
• Perform commissioning and testing of panels.
• Opportunity to grow into a Project Management role if desired.

Growing employee-owned Fire Protection Company has an immediate need for a lead Fire Alarm Technician to perform primarily programming and commissioning. Position has the potential to quickly grow into a Project Management role if desired. We would love to speak with any Fire Alarm Technicians that have 3+ years of experience and are comfortable with programming systems. Must have have experience programming at least 1 of the following fire alarm panels: Notifier (Preferred), Potter, Simplex, EST, or Edwards.
