Essenti Talent is seeking an experienced Lead Fire Alarm Technician in Louisiana to join a growing, employee-owned fire protection company. The role focuses on programming and commissioning fire alarm systems with chance to advance into project management as the business scales.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of experience and comfort with programming at Notifier, Potter, Simplex, EST, or Edwards panels. Competitive pay, strong benefits, NICET training, and ESOP available.

Must have have experience programming at least 1 of the following fire alarm panels: Notifier (Preferred), Potter, Simplex, EST, or Edwards.
