Job summary

Premier Fire Protection Holdings in Washington State is hiring a Fire Alarm Technician to install, program, test, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems across the state.

You will inspect, service and document results, read plans and schematics, and work on-site with customers and project teams. NICET II+ or FA-1 certifications are highly beneficial, with gaps filled by ongoing training and field experience.

Qualifications

• NICET II+ certification preferred.
• FA-1 certification preferred.
• 06 Electrical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, and service fire alarm systems.

• Troubleshoot faults, complete repairs, and document results.

What you’ll do:

• Install/program/test/service fire alarm systems
• Perform inspections & preventive maintenance per NFPA and local AHJ requirements
• Troubleshoot faults, complete repairs, and document results
• Communicate clearly with customers and project teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong low-voltage fire alarm experience
• Solid troubleshooting/diagnostics skills
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and schematics

Certifications (highly beneficial): NICET II+, FA-1, 06 Electrical
