Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc., based in San Antonio, TX, is seeking Licensed Fire Alarm Technicians to join our national team of fire protection professionals. The role focuses on inspecting, installing, maintaining, programming and repairing fire alarm and detection systems across diverse facilities.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of experience and hold a Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) or be willing to obtain one. Experience with EST, Notifier, and Fire-Lite systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years work experience in inspection, installation, maintenance, programming and repair of fire alarm and detection systems.
• Installation and configuration of fire alarm systems.
• Experience or training with a variety of fire alarm systems (EST, Notifier, Fire-Lite etc.).
• May work in various facilities including commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities.
• State of Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) required or willing to obtain; Fire Extinguisher license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• 2 to 3 years work experience, training or education in the inspection, installation, maintenance, programming and repair of fire alarm and detection systems.

• Installation and configuration of fire alarm systems.

• Experience or training with a variety of fire alarm systems (EST, Notifier, Fire-lite etc.)

• May work in a variety of business and institutions including commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities.

• Qualified candidates will have their State of Texas issued Fire Alarm License (FAL).or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses. Candidate preferred to have a Fire Extinguisher license but not required.
