Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven record of providing excellent customer service.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass a drug test.
• Pass a background check.
• Must possess at least one of the following licenses: Texas FAL License or Texas RME-I License.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of fire protection systems with minimal supervision.
• Interact with customers in various facilities (hospitals, schools, offices, government buildings) during inspections.
• Document all inspections and information needed to perform repairs.
• Provide detailed reports and recommended corrective actions to customers.
• Work stairs, ladders, and be able to lift at least 50 lbs as part of inspections.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements.
