Job summary

Koorsen Fire and Security in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to maintain and repair fire alarm systems, ensuring reliable operation for customers.

You will work with a best-in-class team, earn $19-$35 per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $2,500, and benefit from a comprehensive package including health coverage and a 401(k), paid holidays, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and clear career growth opportunities. 7:00 am - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial Fire Alarm systems.
• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with electronic testing devices.
• Pass drug and background screenings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The service and maintenance of Fire Alarm systems and their components to ensure proper functionality.
• Service and troubleshoot systems to diagnose problems and identify solutions.
• Ensure customers understand the functionality of their system.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
• Open-minded willingness to continue learning.
• Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
