Job summary

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and program alarm systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in the Fire Alarm or Security industry required.
• Vocational or industry trade school is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and willingness to learn new systems are required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Familiarity with computers (MS Word, Excel) required.
• Ohio Fire Alarm License is required.
• NICET I fire alarm certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and program Fire Alarm systems.
• Work with Project Managers and Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel to customer sites; occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Complete paperwork for service calls and inspections accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with team members and customers; communicate effectively.
