Century Fire Protection in Winder, GA 30680 is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm and life safety systems with limited supervision. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; NICET Level II preferred or required depending on state.
• 3–5+ years of fire alarm service or installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, plans, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA 72 and local codes.
• Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm panels, devices, and circuits.
• Diagnose and resolve system deficiencies and document corrective actions.
• Complete service reports, inspection forms, and deficiency documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate system status, repairs, and code requirements to customers.
• Coordinate with service coordinators for scheduling and follow-up work.
• Assist with training and mentoring Fire Alarm Technician I or Helpers.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, vehicles, and inventory.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service response.
