Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a skilled technician to troubleshoot and repair fire alarm and building system products. The ideal candidate will have experience with fire-alarm systems, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service skills.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21 to $26, depending on qualifications. The role involves physical labor and the ability to work in various challenging environments. A technical training background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience with fire-alarm systems and access control.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints, diagrams.
• Good working knowledge of computers necessary.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair installed fire-alarm, security, and access control systems.
• Work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs.

Skills

Experience with fire-alarm systems

Excellent written and verbal communication

Outstanding customer-service skills

Knowledge of computers

Strong organizational skills

Education
