Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to install, inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and educational facilities.

You will diagnose malfunctions, prepare service reports, and coordinate with customers and project managers. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of fire alarm experience, with a valid state license or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing fire alarm systems.
• Valid state fire alarm technician license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, components, and NFPA standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to work at heights, lift equipment, and perform manual tasks safely.
