Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience in Fire Life Safety Industry, specifically in Fire Alarm.
• Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience using business intelligence systems, Sage 300 CRE, or similar, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service and repair fire alarm and security systems.
• Communicate with internal and external customers professionally.
• Document work orders using Field Service Lightning.
