Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Protection Systems Estimator who can blend field assessments with office-based estimating to build accurate proposals. You will guide customers through the estimating and proposal process with accuracy and professionalism, even without prior fire protection experience.
You will meet customers, collect site data, build estimates, and collaborate with general contractors and internal teams to define project scope, while learning with a growth-minded culture.

We are looking for a Fire Protection Systems Estimator who brings curiosity, confidence, and a natural ability to connect with people. Whether the project involves fire alarm, fire sprinkler, special hazards, or integrated life safety systems, you will guide customers through the estimating and proposal process with accuracy and professionalism. You do not need prior fire protection experience to excel here.

You will split your time between field assessments and office-based estimating, working closely with internal teams to build accurate proposals and communicate effectively with customers. The technical learning curve is real, but the growth opportunity is substantial.
