Job summary

Eagle Fire Inc. is seeking a skilled fire and security technician in the Nashville area to read blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and specifications, perform field terminations on low-voltage systems, and test programming.

The role includes responding to service calls for troubleshooting and repair, rotating on-call, and assisting with low-voltage cabling and equipment handling. You will work with a team to ensure safety and reliability across commercial and government projects, with

Qualifications

• Prior fire & security technical and/or installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good record (OSHA 10 or higher preferred, not required).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter and independent with supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blue prints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and manuals.
• Field device terminations.
• Panel terminations.
• Programming and testing of various low-voltage systems.
• Responding to service calls for troubleshooting and repair of existing equipment.
• Rotating on-call.
• Limited installation of low voltage and communications cabling.
• Carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work in unusual and difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, lifts, crawl spaces and above ceilings.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools.
