The ideal candidate has 3+ years hands-on experience with low-voltage and fire alarm systems, reads blueprints, follows NFPA codes, and works safely.

Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with installation/servicing low-voltage and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Florida State Certified Alarm Contractor in business since 1981. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm and life-safety systems in commercial, industrial, and/or residential properties.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 3-year hands-on experience in installation and servicing Low Voltage including with Fire Alarm Systems, Security (Burglar) Alarm, Access Control & CCTV. Plus, strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and code compliance. Highly desired to read, understand and follow plans.
