What you will do

• Knowledge of maintaining, repairing, and installing, conventional and addressable fire alarm systems. Knowledge of multi-meters, and/or decibel meters.
• Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding, crawl spaces and above ceilings, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and operation/product manuals.
• Perform inspections and installation activities on electronic fire systems.

• Electrical installation experience.

• Self-starter needed that can work with minimum supervision.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.

Requirements

• Be able to obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local codes.

Preferred

• 5 + years of experience in the Fire Alarm Systems.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $22-$32 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
